The use of twin-spin technology, which rotates two drum jigs on a single coating table, enables the system to reduce the cycling time and paint consumption. The separation of the transfer conveyor and the coating process results in reduced conveyor belt soiling, the primary source of dust and other foreign matter, which contributes greatly to higher yields.
